Before you write
These four come up most often.
Where is my order?
Orders leave the studio within two business days and tracking is emailed the moment the label is printed. If the tracking has not moved in three days, write to us with your order number and we will chase the carrier.
Can I return something I changed my mind about?
No — all sales are final. Everything is poured to order in small batches, so we cannot resell a returned item. Please double-check your scent and quantity at checkout. If something arrives damaged or we sent the wrong thing, that is different and we will fix it.
My candle arrived cracked or the glass broke.
Send a photo within seven days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it, your choice. You do not need to send the damaged one back.
Can I use the sprays on my skin?
Yes. The room and body sprays use a skin-safe formula at a body-safe fragrance load. Patch test on your inner arm first if you have sensitive skin, and keep them away from your eyes.
Do you sell wholesale?
We do, with a twelve-unit minimum per scent. Email us with your shop name, location and rough volumes and we will send the line sheet and current lead times.
